I bought my Lexus TREK road bike at David's ...a road bike especially for a woman ..who knew ? They did ..fit me properly for this bike....bought my accessories there too ....great service ...very pleasant crew at David's World Cycle
My fiancé and I have been looking for a hybrid bike for me for the past few weeks. We have been a few bike shops in the area and nothing impressed me more than the service we got at David's world cycle shop in Clearwater. We were helped by a gentlemen named James and he was fantastic. We came in to the shop fairly close to when the store was closing because of our work schedules. James was very patient and never rushed us. He showed us all the best options from inexpensive bikes to more luxurious options. We left the first visit without a bike to look around some more but was so impressed that we ended up coming back to purchase one of the bikes that James recommended to me. I would highly recommend going to this location if you want excellent customer service and a nice quality Trek bike.
I found your employees to be very knowledgeable not only with the bikes sold at David's but also of other bikes I was considering. They were not pushy and were very professional. I also appreciate their lifetime commitment to tune up the brakes, etc, and being able to take the bike to any of their numerous locations. I also believe in purchasing from a FL base company. They have awesome customer service. I would highly recommend them.
I worked with Megan and Jon K. Megan really got me hooked on the Trek bicycles, and helped me to understand pros and cons, the right bike for me and my budget, and ultimately got me fitted up for an amazing bike. The next day, Jon completed the transaction and helped my wife and I understand the bikes we had selected. Both Megan and Jon helped us out so much, we are so grateful and customers for life!
I have bought four bikes here for my family within the past 3 years and now I'm upgrading my youngest to a larger bike. James, Megan, and the entire staff there are completely knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to help you get the right bike. I would strongly suggest the shop to anyone.
