Had a loud buzz in a wall. After an hour of troubleshooting the issue was left unresolved (and unheard at the time) but a few other areas of the home were helped out, including a full diagnostic of all circuits. Following day a warrantied follow-up finally figured out that some leftover doorbell wires were crossing due to wind outside and causing a buzz in the wall with it's transformer.
Very professional, personable folks to work with and they showed up promptly in an acceptable time frame (not the normal a week or two away). Tad expensive but well worth the warranty and piece of mind, on top of the top notch service.
Just witnessed a group of these men assist a woman who locked her keys in her car at a gas station. These are some top notch high class men. If I ever need electric or know anyone who does moving forward, I'll be sure to recommend these gentleman. Its not often in this day and age you see anyone go above and beyond for a stranger. It was a refreshing active kindness that surely earned my future business.
