Got my car in March of 2016 through a Tampa dealership and was told Mid Atlantic would be handling my financing. I was IMMEDIATELY worried after I read the reviews and almost traded in my car out of fright at one point but stuck it out.
I'm sure this'll be one of the highest rated reviews they've had in a while lol.
I would give a 0 if I could. They call you everyday even after you calles them the same day. John calls you 20 times a day. I hate these people. My auto loan was sold to them yet the dealer ship can take my vehicle and Mid Atlantic Finance Co dont know anything. Then they calling you before a storm is supposed to come what the hell. They have no regard for human life. I spoke to a supervisor so John will stop calling me yet he still does.
My loan got bought out by this company and I've gotten 3 letters in one day that I owe a payment I've made +75 dollars.... a delinquent notice and a welcome letter all in one day. I've NEVER been late on my $200 biweekly payments with my car lot and now all the sudden this company who now reports to credit is reporting negatively and has increased my payoff by 1,800 and monthly payments by $150... I am surrendering my car and going with a new dealer! I highly advise others to do the same!!!
Paid on time every month via the website (I was so damn happy when the website was updated, it's a lot better now), my credit was affected very positively and it's already been noted to the credit bureaus that my car is paid off and the account is closed, got my title today after paying off my car last month over the phone.
*The only downside that I remember is the hold times on the customer service line when I used to call but when I called last month to pay off my car, somebody answered the phone rather quickly so, idk. Lol

ONE WORD - WONDERFUL! Alex is the best finance analyst I have ever worked with, he knows his stuff when it comes to helping people get financing even if they have bankruptcy and bad credit! Keep up the good work Alex!
I was doing great when it was just the owners and workers at Soultry Sounds Auto Sales, but after they started dealing with Midatlantic, THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! Car stop working, got tired of buying parts for the car, them, and insurance. Begged them and the car dealer to pick up the car, car still in MY yard for past 7months. GET THIS DARN CAR OUT MY YARD! My score is a -0. Don't do business with these people and yes, representatives very rude! Poor customer skills. Now, I been walking or paying people ot of money to take me places. They even jacked MY credit up for their faulty mess! THANK YOU I HOPE YOU ALL SLEEP GOOD. KARMA!!! I'm gone pay someone to pull the car in Soultry Sounds Auto sales yard at the gate and leave it there.
