We used Nelson Construction and Renovations on a 5,000 sq ft office reno. We took a warehouse and converted it into open space plan offices - like what you'd find in NY or LA. Gutted the place, removed dropped ceilings, replaced garage doors with large hurricane windows and added new offices surrounding the open center. NC&R handled all the walls, texture, paint, etc. and did a FANTASTIC job - in time and on budget (which was difficult, believe me!). I've since personally referred them for several jobs and each and every client has had nothing but rave reviews. Highly recommend them!
Nelson Construction is professional, timely and experienced. Would I do it all over again with them, YES! They completely renovated a home we bought to make our new home and what a job they did! We took this house down to the woodwork trim, flooring and took out all baths and kitchen. I can't begin to tell you how happy we are with the results and their follow up. Every large job has some little details that need buttoned up after the job is over and what little we had on our punch list was resolved immediately and without conflict. You will enjoy their communication and their attention to detail on your project. We love the home they built for us!

I also greatly admire their attention to legal rudiments, which some contractors try to skirt or dodge. Nelson Construction operates within all ethical codes and boundaries, and I respect and promote them even more because of it.
