Anyone who doesn't understand insurance would be completely blind-sided by the favorable premium. But luckily, my agent was diligent enough to review both comparisons and educate me on what his quotation could potentially cost me! Not worth the $400 in savings for over $100k less in coverage!! BEWARE when purchasing a policy from this agency!
Not only do they not answer the phone, some employees spend time playing solitaire on internet while they should be working. Other employees bad mouth customers or potential customers so bafly that other employees have to wear headphones to drown out the the cursing and yelling. Very unprofessional! Management will terminate you without a legitimate reason OR the decency to terminate you in person vs. calling 5 minutes before arriving at work OR letting you know if there is a problem and if/how it can be rectifief. Wouldn't recommend this co. to my worst enemy!
I recently received a homeowners insurance quotation from this company. At first I was very excited about the low premium offered but after comparing coverage with my current policy it was to my dismay that ALL of the coverage limits were CHOPPED or non-existent!
They don't answer the phone. Was going to ask for a quote but they missed out.
The reviews are right. They spend money on postcard advertising but they dont call you back. I went elsewhere
