Considering the fact that we spent thousands of dollars in that store, his behavior was absolutely unacceptable. Just because of him, we will not shop there again.
They really need to work on their customer service.
We had a problem with a ring we purchased there and went there to get help. Instead of getting help, we got a bad attitude from the assistant manager. This guy was extremely arrogant and would not work with us.
Shopping here all the time. Great product variety. Manager, assistant manager and other staff is very pleasant and professional. They always go an extra mile to assist you! Love this store and highly recommend to everyone!
