I had David Moran. He 1st said my case was a civil matter not a criminal matter and he would have it dropped or moved to civil court. It's not his words that sold me, I truely knew it was a civil matter so I thought he was on the same page. Over 18 months later, narrowly avoiding a trial, he suggested I plead guilty. We went from not guilty, to guilty, by his word, in that time. He sold me out. It was always a civil case but he somehow couldn't move it

Worthless is an understatement. They work with the prosecution to trick people into signing false confessions with a combination of threats and lies. Never accept PTI or probation unless you're guilty. Signing a PTI or probation agreement insures you will be treated as a convicted felon regardless of what the defender says. There is a hidden confession included in each PTI contract. Public records will point out you're guilty after charges are dropped and your career aspects will never recover. The only way to protect your rights and reputation is proving your innocent in court.
