Three calls and the property manager call me back and tell me they accept Housing Choice Vouchers and she doesn't think the young lady will have her ernest money. I'm excited. No one moves in over the weekend, I'm more excited. THREE messages go unreturned so I attempted to sign a backup contract @ the office. Opps, no one in the office. Call said office explain the situation and the property manager call me not long after. Imagine that.

I was ready to disregard the reviews already listed as the gripes of people who blame their problems on others but after NUMEROUS unreturned messages and falicies I'm not so sure.
I highly recommend Joanne Pucci with Stonebridge for property management in the Clearwater area. She has kept my two properties continuously rented since 2011 and has efficiently addressed all problem while maintained great communication. I live 700 miles away from Clearwater and rarely have to worry about anything.
After this review, I'm going to actually go to Clearwater Housing Authority and file a formal complaint. Proactive in the face of either fraud or incompetence. Warning provided and hopefully they will be removed from any HUD participation. SMH
