While everyone's usually very nice. It's a shame that one person there is so lazy that when I called to check an order, she refused to look and said if it were in the store, Id get an email saying it. Its been 16 days since its left the warehouse, customer service said they sometimes forget to scan items that go to their store and told me to call the store. I called the store and the lady who answered, didnt want to help, couldnt get up and go simply check the back for a box. GREAT customer service!
Great clothes, friendly employees, good location. This past spring the store got a new store manager and she has really improved the quality of service.
Well I visited this location on 10/21/17 and I was racially profiled. I was followed around the store by Janelle. I was in the back of the store looking through the racks and she was right there. I got a phone call so I went to the front of the store to take it.... when I looked up..... guess who was there..... Janelle. She stood there the whole time I was on the phone. After my call I resumed what I was doing in the back of the store. Guess who followed me again, yup.... Janelle. *awkard*. So I politely asked her was she following me around the store.... she insisted she wasn't and was just floating around the store because her coworkers were on break..... there were three other girls at the register clearly not on break. So I decided not to purchase anything because she clearly was lying. I left the store and gave Erin the assistant manager or key holder a call. I've shopped with Erin so many times, she knows me. I told Erin about my experience and she told me SHE told Janelle to 'stick by me in case I needed anything'..... Hmmmmmm. So why didn't Janelle say you told her to stick by me when I asked why was she following me? Erin tried to make it seem like it was an innocent misunderstanding when clearly it wasn't. Check my rewards account. I am a very active platinum member. I work hard for a living. I don't have to steal clothing baby. And like I told Erin, they dont't have to worry about me returning to this location. Torrid has too much competition now.
