If I could give them zero stars, I would. I am very highly dissatisfied with their service. They promised a "guaranteed dolphin sighting!", but what they should have promised is a "guaranteed top of a dolphin's fin sighting!". We paid $22/person, and only saw the top of a dolphin's fin twice, and instead of offering to give us a free ride since we didn't actually see a dolphin (and they promised free rides if no dolphin sightings occurred), they just said: "Thanks for enjoying that dolphin show with us!" I do not consider not even seeing the body of the dolphin to be a "show". Very, very disappointed in this service. Would never recommend to anyone, nor ride again.
Sightseeing by boat. Captain Josh and crew were very knowledgeable with information about the Mansions and other places on the trip. Highlight of the boat trip was seeing dolphins. Tour was 1 1/2 hours. Just amazing.
It was short trip with dolphin watch, exactly what we needed for two small kids. Little stop on the island, where was nothing : )) but they could get their feet wet and search for special mussels. Boat is covered, so people sit on the shadow all the time, which i like. Chips and drink for $1 was pleasure, especially when kids started to be nervous. Craft was kind, speaking was not disturbing, but good, they play nice US country music. Nice rest before lunch : ) Everything was nice and peaceful. I am recommending this boat.
My daughter (17 yrs old) and I had an excellent experience during the entire trip. We headed out around 6pm for the sunset cruise in June. They guaranteed that we would see dolphins or we could come back another time (no extra charge). They announced this as they pulled away from the dock. Anyway, it seemed like they were willing to stay on the bay and try several places in many areas that they knew we would see dolphins and sure enough, we saw several! I have a 6 minute video of dolphins swimming together in their natural habitat. It was a great experience, possibly the best day during our 5 days in Clearwater Beach. The family who owns and operates this company couldn't have been more professional or courteous, not to mention funny! They also had a planned stop on a tiny island for shell collecting and photos. We had a great photo of us (taken by the captain) while the sun set behind us. A great experience and wonderful memories over all!
First off ,I will start with the booking.. we booked online, it was easy and straight forward. ( just make sure you get your receipt when you check in at the marina, because that is your ticket to get on the boat ) you can bring whatever you want to drink or eat on this cruise. The captain and his first mate did a great job.. we saw a small pod of dolphins. Once the boat is out of the marina you are allowed to stand up....( for some reason it makes me feel like I can see so much better ;)There is a bathroom on the boat and once you get to the island they will offer you snorkel equipment. We brought our swimsuits and changed in the small bathroom on the boat. They do have a variety of pops and bottled water, small bags of chips for purchase ($1 each)on the boat...we took the 5pm tour. We saw dolphins right away. This is the cheapest tour that we found, I would definitely do it again... it was just a small group on the boat so that was awesome for us as it was so much easier to move around when a dolphin is spotted. Tips are greatly appreciated...(tip em' well) PS...Eat at the marina cantina before you go... make sure you get Kris as your waiter he's great!!
