Usually have good experience here. However on Saturday 10/21/2017. We went to see if they could get a specific food for our dog. It is a perscription from the Vet at Banfield and she said they could order it cheaper. When my wife asked a person who worked there she was very hateful and rude. Said that she never saw it in there before my wife showed her the perscription card and told her we got it there less than a Month ago. She told us we were mistaken and walked off. Needless to say i wont be going back. I will not pay someone to talk to my wife like that. Petco is closer to me anyway

Fish selection is great and the vets are so friendly and really love their job. I trust them with my puppy anytime.It's like a zoo for my kids too. lol
Helpful polite staff. Often not well stocked. Can't depend on regular products being available. Otherwise 5 star.
I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience. The grooming staff are always great with my pets and very knowledgeable! Daisy is my favorite as she uses her whole body to work with my dog.
