Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and great prices on products and very reasonable on labor charges. They exceeded my expectations.
Do not do business with this place. They are an authorized Lowrance (my head unit) and KVH (electronic auto-compass) dealer/repair shop. My radar overlay feature would not work on my map. They completely misdiagnosed the problem after charging me 1.5hours labor at $140. I replaced my auto-compass per their instruction and had the same problem. Put back in the old compass and called Lowrance tech support, which walked me thru 3 simple settings, took less than 10 minutes walking me through it over the phone! Now suncoast marine electronics is brushing me off, not refunding my $, while only offering me a partial credit to do future business with them - NO WAY, HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. I have had to register complaints with Lowrance and KVH as well as dispute the charge with my credit company. I've owned a variety of boats over the last 30 some years and never had a worse experience with any boat shop, mechanic, etc...
