I called Customer and recieved a nice up yours as well. That was not acceptable technical its false advertising and its like i never shopped there before. smh!!!. The guy who wrote about the manager before must hade dealt with the same dude.
I was looking for a sofa and love-seat while they did not have a lot of new inventory what they had met my expectations and I was able to find a new set for a very good price. Tony helped us and he was a pleasure to deal with.
I did look through the scratch and dent section as well as the bargain room and was impressed with how much furniture they had for not much money.
After going through the paperwork they said price $650! Why!?!?

This has been by far the worst experience EVER. I have shopped here before but never felt this discriminated or disrespected before. The salesperson was OK but the person who rang us and ran our credit should never call themselves a sales associate. This person, her name Janet, to be more exact should not be allowed to interact with clients as she has 0 customer service communication skills. I am in customer experience business myself and would never treat anyone that way. She referred to us " this is not the way we do it in this country". I have never felt more disrespected than the way this person treated us. Rooms to go should really take their time to access their employees and make sure they are appropriately trained to treat everyone the same and with respect. The reason I went through with my purchase is because I liked the product but for someone who has shopped there before, this will probably be the last time I do. If there was a possibility to rate a negative star, i would.
Well I received very bad service by the manger kyle at this particular outlet. I scavenger hunted for pieces and each one one individually marked once I completed the bed they wanted to charge me the full price of it.
"Oh the shelf for 299 is the smaller shelf" (which wasnt even in the general area)
Advertising manipulation at its finest.
Ended up spending $5k somewhere else over a 300 price difference!
