They will scream at you. Some look like they are on some thing. If you try to use your card not cash, they get mad. It's a huge problem. Watch out for fraud.
Took forever to arrive, nasty people, nasty arrogant operators, nasty dirty looking drivers, dirty cars, definitly would not recommend. Must better taxi companies out there. I only gave them 1 star because I had too., Absolutely the WORST!

My insurance offers free ride to and from Drs appointments via this company. I spent hours on the phone setting up my appointment and this ride. I pulled my daughter from school and left work early to be at home for the expected pick up time. 10 minutes past that time I called the transportation resource that coordinates with United. They told the representative I had missed the ride and was considered a no show. At the same time, I received a call from United saying they were on their way and would arrive in 20 minutes. So they lied to either myself or the girl from my insurance trying to help me. My daughter and I had been waiting outside for 30 mins at this time. 20 minutes later, still no taxi. After waiting an hour and 10 mins, my appointment was in 10 minutes. I called my insurance again. This time they gave my representative a hard time and swore to her they were on the way. After a long call, my representive said they were on their way, 10 minutes, and described the vehicle to look for. She contacted the doctor who graciously allowed for extra time. Finally, in broken English a driver called and said he would be there in 7 minutes. I asked him where he was over an hour ago and he said he just got the work order right then. At 330 my doctor called to tell me it was too late and I needed to reschedule. The driver showed up at 345. My child lost time in her education, I lost hours at work and I lost an appointment that took me months to get. We stood outside for two hours 145 to 345. My pick up time was 2pm.
I used to take taxi years ago until I heard about UBER and I never went back . Not all are bad but I swear what is it about taxi drivers that are just assholes wow but all of a sudden they are nice to you at the end of a trip hoping for a tip lol heres a tip BE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL !!!.Nasty attitudes rude and dirty smelly cabs and god forbid you call to make a complaint because dispatch is rude as well wow never ever again I only had to take a cab bc my internet was actin up and had to get to work never again united work on your manners and how you treat people and how your drivers treat people. UBER I LOVE YOU ,YOU ROCK AND YOU KNOW HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
