After having Terrance come out to the home doing a quote on a new roof setting the expectations on what his company does that differs from other companies, with the products and time frame. I would highly recommend this company for a piece of mind from beginning to completion.
I needed a roofer in the Clearwater, Pinellas area and came across Terrance McKeever roofing. I did some background research on him and found he's been in business for quite a long time in the area and has a great reputation. I called Terrance and had him come out and provide me a quote on repairing my roof as during a recent storm a huge tree limb had come down on a section of my house and really did some damage to the roof. It started leaking not long after the branch fell and I couldn't wait any longer. Terrance was an expert roofer and had done many repairs to homes similar to mine. He quoted me and I asked him to start work immediately. Terrance McKeever was a professional throughout the entire job.
