Outstanding customer service and employees that have worked there for years make up for the higher prices in a pinch. Good subs made to order and hot fried chicken to go in the deli. The bakery is also always friendly and outstanding as well.
First, for the ppl giving this store 1 star, please explain why. I love this store. Yes, it is smaller than most Publix stores, but it's been here forever. Maybe they could build a stand alone store across the street. However, they carry everything I want & if they don't, I ask & it's on the shelves by the next time I go shopping. My favorite thing about this Publix is that the employees really care about customers. They are willing to check everywhere to find an item. The bakery, produce, seafood, meat & deli departments will do exactly what you ask & not complain a bit. Also, the employees must be happy because the turnover rate is almost non-existent.

Everytime I'm in this store I go out with more than whats on my list. If I can't find a item there is always someone there to take you where it's at. Produce is always fresh. It's a pleasure shopping there!
What sets apart publix from the other supermarket is mainly the savings. There is also some one willing to help bring the groceries to the car, not that i need it but it means a lot to me. Another good reason why i go to Publix is the French bread. Best bread in town. My only sugestion is to bring the price of the bread to $1.50 permanently. That bread is so good that costumers will return every day.
