As always this Publix is very clean, the employees are more than helpful and it is super well stocked. Why 4 and not 5 stars? I've noticed that the background music is too loud and distracting. Might seem minor but my neighbor has said the same thing.
I've always experienced great service at this Publix. It's a small Publix, but they do have a pharmacy. They don't stock a couple of infrequently needed items I buy, but I have had a store employee ask me what it was that I couldn't find and he offered me an alternative. I do enjoy shopping here vs the big competitor down the street.
Tricity Publix is small and very community dedicated! The staff and management are friendly and always helpful! I know many by name and they recognize my face when I stop by to shop! I always feel like it's my store!

At my local Publix shopping was not as pleasurable as expected. When I went to redeem the manufacturer's coupon and the cashier and management add verbiage to the coupon that's not there. Then I was going to take my business elsewhere, the decision was made to except the coupons. I'm sure manufacturers know how to include exclusions SOMEWHERE on the coupon. Im just saying. Although the deli lady was awesome. But I want let this experience keep me away. It's not that serious. But I will keep you posted.
