Had fried calamari, boiled shrimp and strawberry daiquiri. The fried calamari was really tasty, but the shrimp not so much. There was hardly any flavor at all. The daiquiri tasted nice, but I don't think there was really much alcohol in it. The food came pretty quickly and the atmosphere was really nice (live music towards than the end of my visit) so I would definitely visit again.
Great place for casual seafood. The drinks are amazing and perfect for on the beach. Food is simple, mostly fried, seafood but it is very good and comforting. Service was a little slow, but the nice setting and weather tends to make up for it.
Grouper sandwich was delish...garlic crab fries and grouper egg rolls were on point!! Daughter had lobster tacos and she said they were awesome! Grand daughter had shrimp and fries...she enjoyed them ....i would only prefer if they were not tail on for toddlers. But we just pulled them before she ate and all was well!! Will definitely come again one day!
The drinks are to die for. They are delicious! I got the crab legs and they were really good. My husband got lobster tacos and he said they were delicious which I believe since he cleaned his plate! Definitely recommend trying this place. The staff was extremely nice and friendly!
Great beach vibe in a great location on Clearwater Beach. Good place to relax, have a drink, and eat. The Shrimp Diablo was creamy, spicy, and bold flavored. Love this dish, although I would more classify it as a creamy spicy shrimp soup. The lobster taco was okay. Lobster was slightly on the fishy side, so next time would go for the grouper. Overall everything was good and I will return another day. Right on par with what I expect at any Frenchy's establishment.
