To answer your question, I did two things. I took some time to really think about my response and I stopped in for a quick visit, as it is my habit, at your store today. The store is always so clean and well organized. Shelves are always well stocked. Usually, I stop in between clients once or twice a week for a quick bite or to pick up some organic items that I need at home. You can never have too much organic unfiltered unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with the mother
Those are just a few things that I can say that are good but, there is one thing that I would like for you and your staff to consider. Often when I'm at the store, staff seems to be more preoccupied fulfilling various tasks but, not really focus on their customer engagement. There have been times when I have had a question or when I have observed other customers with questions. What I find, is that staff's customer engagement is often brief. The customer service is good but, there is great potential for it to be amazing.

My dad and go here for dinner 2-3 times a week. The food bar is quick and very easy to choose a truly healthy meal for a reasonable price. Since it is just the two of us, this is actually cheaper than stocking the fridge with all the ingredients only to get bored with those same things in a couple days and have the remainder go to waste. Solution: Nature's Food Patch food bar! One point I wish they could somehow keep the chicken from being dry! I have had to skip it pretty regularly and sure wish I didn't. I need the protein and normally love chicken. Rotisserie chicken would be best!
Awesome place if you're looking to eat healthy on the cheap! Plate of delicious hot bar composed of sliced turkey, hot veggie mix and some salad? $3.47! Great experience. I hope they expand fast towards North.
I don't really have anything negative to say about this store. The staff is wonderful. They offer a wide range of foods and products that aren't just great for a health nut but also the average shopper. The juice bar is great. I wish we had more around. I think my favorite part about this store is the salad bar and the hot bar. They are a tad pricey but very convenient and delicious. Oh I will say this, I wish they would bring back the tofu to the salad bar.
Went there to get a gift card , did just a quick walk around due to time constraints. I saw the soup, salad, hot food buffet. It was time for lunch. The split pea soup, cold slaw , cheese chunks and black olives were delicious!!! Best split pea and ham soup and cole slaw that i have tasted. Store was super clean and actually had a full staff of workers which is,rare in this,day and age. Store is located in a hustling and bustling strip center, so pretty safe.
The buffet alone is worth a visit and I had,a healthier lunch than Burger King.☺
