Typical retail store. Used to really love Kohl's back when I lived in Illinois, particularly for great shoe deals but I haven't visited in years after having some issues with a store in Sterling Illinois. Decided to give the local store a chance. This one seems really packed full of clothes. Definitely takes some searching to find sizes and items you want. So much easier to go online and find what you want in far less time with less hassle. Also really tired of all the different discount programs, coupons, Kohl's cash, credit card rewards ...etc. Brand loyalty is about customer service and quality. Enough with the gimmicks please. Better prices and friendly people. I'm not one who likes to be hounded by sales people but a simple acknowledgement when I say hello goes a long way. I'll visit again...maybe.
Went there to buy my daughter some pants for work. We found some that were nice but finding sizes and styles were a problem. Pants styles and sizes were mixed up so you had to dig thru hanging selections. There was a cart at the entrance with a wheel off and no employees moved it out of the entrance the whole time we were in the store. Cashier's were very friendly and quick.
Clean, neat, well organized store. Great sales. Using the Kohls app...tools....scanner allows me to see what price something is if on sale, which is helpful to keep I'm my budget. Also earning rewards dollars and Kohls cash keep me going back.
This a pretty standard Kohl's. The customer service was fantastic and the employees overall were very helpful. If you use their coupons and shop clearance, you can get great deals here. That being said, they carry a few things I will pay full price for, even though it's high.
Always a pleasure shopping here! The sales staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Every day something is on sale and the scratch off discount cards are an added bonus! Very impressed with the generous, hassle free return policy!
