Worst experience ever! We landed at the airport and had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to take us off site to the Dollar rental place. Customer service was terrible. The car was terrible too. There was a check engine light on and there was no one to communicate that. Drop off was just as bad. Had to Uber to the airport because a shuttle was unavailable. I will never use dollar rent a car again.
If you rent a car, do not use Dollar Car Rental. They had to upgrade the vehicle due to issues and are now trying to charge me the upgraded rate, even though they told me it was a free upgrade. The rate is a 900 dollar difference. Not happening. Then when I called to get it corrected, they hung up on me. I'm so frustrated.
Got a good deal on a vehicle drives really good. A lot of room in the Van.
Would give a 0 star if I could. Horrible horrible customer service. Left me stranded there without a car to rent because they didn't want to accept neither of my cards. Ended up without a car and ruined my mini vacation. DONT RENT FROM HERE. BE WARNED
Do not rent from this location. If they upgraded their customer service to horrible it would be an improvement. Left me and my family at the airport and did not come to pick us open before they closed. We were forced to get a room at the Holiday Inn where they are located. Holiday Inn staff was very nice and helpful.
