I travel a lot and enterprise is my most used company. I am usually happy with my service. Tonight they ran out of vehicles and wanted an up charge for the vehicle they could give me. A supervisor worked out something for me, but the agent seemed annoyed and the supervisor didn't seem to want to help at first. Perhaps they were having a rough night. I felt they could have dealt with it better.
Horrible service. A young man helped me with the name Maneer and was very rude to me. His manager a lady even tried helping him because his attitude was HIGHLY unprofessional. I cannot believe you hire such rude people. The lady manager was very nice. She helped answer my questions that I had. This young man would not take no for an answer.
Worst service ever Brian was really rude and I was late coming there because my flight was delayed and he said sorry I need to wait and I explained what happened he still didn't want to hear it I will never rent from Enterprise ever again or at least from this location. I felt humiliated and I'm very upset with how my husband and I didn't seem to matter to this company. The person next to me got whatever car they wanted so I asked the girl at the counter and she said it wasn't her problem she's new and she didn't know what was going on I feel this is very unprofessional in so many ways
Excellent rental experience. Brynn at the rental counter was extremely thorough and courteous. Received a Ford Fusion Hybrid that was spotless and included the Sync system to customize our music. Our kids found it comfortable and made for a nice ride from Florida to Ohio. I would recommend renting from this location, and Enterprise as a whole, to anyone. We will be repeat customers for sure. Thank you.
Top of the line service once again. I've rented several vehicles from the St. Petersburg airport location and continue to have a good experience at pickup and delivery. I'll be back.
