i was very impressed with the cleanliness of the car due to that i am very anal when it comes to clear or smeared windows.

The reps are very professional, courteous, had what I needed when I needed it. The vehicle I rented had sand in the back of the SUV though like it had not been cleaned well. Also I forgot a pair of sunglasses in the sunglasses holder and they didn't find them when the car was dropped off meaning they didn't check. I also had a hard time getting an answer related to anything that was left in the car from their lost and found dept. I prefer the Clearwater/St. Pete Airport location for the smoothest experience with them.
Car was dirty, hard to see out back window, left something in it and realized within 30 minutes of drop off and still was very difficult to get items returned. Do I actually believe they re-rented the card that fast, maybe so being it was dirty when we got it. Never had I been disappointed in National until now.
The attendant working the National Car Rental greeted me with enthusiasm was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained my options of choice for vehicles.
I can't say enough about their politeness and professionalism! Quality car and the price was affordable!
