We refused, since we paid full price, bought extras and paid the delivery service . We expected and paid for full service. To add insult to injury, the manager said they will mail us a check for our deposit. They would not refund our method a payment which was a credit card. While shopping we read the bad reviews and still purchased. My advice is ask many questions about the delivery part of the process. No longer a customer.
We were looking for dining room table set, and we found it! Reasonable prices and nice products. I highly recommend customer service assistant Keith. We were very impressed with his professionalism and quick attention to detail!
If I said that I don't want your protection plan or coating, don't add it to my purchase. It is that simple. What you did is not professional. Sure now you don't remember me refusing the protection, but I;m sure that you don't remember me wanting it either.
The manager also helped making a change in my furniture order. So understanding and helpful.....This will be my first place to go for everything.....
Our experience was not a good one. Our salesperson was fine but when it came to the delivery process, it was a nightmare. Our delivery was cancelled due to the hurricane, which we understood, however when the redelivery was scheduled , we were not a priority. The delivery day was as promised and the time also, but the delivery "men" would not deliver our sectional. We live on a second floor with an elevator and a staircase. They refused to bring it up the stairs because the stairs were at an angle and the set would have to go over the railings to go around the corner. Even with assistance they refused, saying the rod iron railings and concrete building could be damaged. When customer service was called, we were not apologized to and they frankly did not care and told us to come in and pick out something else!
We called our salesperson who was no help at all and store management was not available. When the manager did call us back she offered to take $200 off the order and redeliver and leave the sectional in our parking lot. They did not want to bring the sofa upstairs.
My power lounger was breaking down (fabric) and looking very raggedy. I contacted customer service and to my surprise and delight, they told me to send pics of the chair...and they told me to go to the showroom and choose another chair...no charge. This was even AFTER THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED!!!!!! They have a lifetime customer; Rooms To Go is great...................
ROOMS TO GO was a "life saver" when moving to Fl. and having to start from scratch,every room in the house. Changed my mind 3 sep. occasions. Keith Suhr, Sales Associate, has the patience of a SAINT !!!
